NOTE

• The rate listed above is a base price.The final charge will depend on the urgency, actual content and degree of difficulty of the work.
  
• Additional charge will apply in case of additional services, such as typesetting, laying-out, drafting, tabulating, printing or bookbinding.
  
• Other than Japanese, additional charge will apply in case you need native-speaking translators to verify the work.
  
• For first time customer, we offer free trial translation between 200 to 500 words depends on different circumstance.
  
• If expediting service is required, a 50 to 100 percent service charge will be applied according to the degree of urgency, normal translation speed for English is 6,000 characters per person per day plus 2 days for editing and proofreading; other language is 4,000 characters per person per day plus 2 days for editing and proofreading.
  
• Word count is based on Chinese character count tool in Microsoft Word ( Space not counted). For translation that is less than 1000 Chinese Characters, will be count as 1000.

• The fee does not include expenses such as for transportation.
  
• The price of the simultaneous/conference interpretation is on an 8 hours per working day basis. Additional charges will apply to overtime.
